In cooperation with our member clubs, the HDSA/HSL has established a new competition to be played among our member club competitive teams.
The Highland Cup is a competition open to all members clubs of the Highland District, providing and opportunity to play member clubs in a separate competition.

After initial indoor Cup games this winter, we are excited to begin our summer Highland Cup competition in the next week. Cup play is open to any teams in the region, with a single cup competiton for each age and gender group (e.g. Under 15 Girls) regardless of their 'level'. This summer will see 2 rounds of play for all ages from U13 to u18, male and female, playing a home-away series in a 'knock-out' format where winners move on to the next round until a Cup winner is declared.
