League Playoffs for our U13 Boys and U13 Girls begin this week. You can find the playoff games/results under the 'Brackets' section for each division, and the games should also appear under 'Schedules'.
Teams are reminded that the home team still pays game officials as we did in the regular season. Winning team coaches should also email the league immediately after the game with the score so we can update the schedule for the next round of playoffs for teams to know who and where they play next.
Most playoff games start 30 minutes earlier in case we need extra time to decide a game winner (with the days getting shorter it gets dark early! Teams are reminded that no call-ups are permitted during playoffs, as our playoffs are considered part of the Soccer Nova Scotia Provincials that do not allow call-ups.
For the U13 Girls, both teams that make the semi-final will have berths at the provincials held at the Dunbrack club in Halifax the long weekend in September. For the U13 Boys, Northern Nova will be hosting the provincials this same weekend, and the next highest seed team after playoffs end will also have a berth.
